The Nourish Approach
Like many, my journey into nutrition was born out of my own health issues. I have always been interested in food. The real work happened when some 15 years ago I found myself being told I had PCOS and, for me, there was little chance of me being able to conceive naturally; and my journey and real passion for nutrition began. I read countless books on PCOS which enabled me to conceive naturally and carry to term! Roll forward to present day, my husband and I are fortunate enough to have 4 children. Then on a professional level, I gained a diploma in Nutritional Therapy studying with world renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine in Bristol.
As a busy working mum, I have a good family understanding and can help you make adjustments that are practical with family life.

I absolutely love what I do and feel fortunate to be able to empower my clients and quite literally see how what we eat can change our bodies for the better.

I use scientific evidence based nutrition together with lifestyle factors to provide real, down to Earth, practical advice for people who want to make a change towards a healthier lifestyle. Knowledge is power and enabling my clients with knowledge on how to take their health back in control is a truly valuable thing. Whether I’m seeing clients one to one, a live class or event, teaching people about this fascinating and sometimes confusing subject is my greatest love and strength.
